  1. The materials in the form of tin ore minerals that we process are only materials originating from Indonesia.
  2. The processing and refining of tin is carried out in accordance with the applicable government regulations of the Republic of Indonesia.
  3. Materials only come from suppliers who have a good reputation, have an IUP and have complied with government regulations of the Republic of Indonesia and have adequate due diligence in relation to the Know Your Counterparty (KYC) protocol.
  4. Not buying raw materials and selling products to areas affected by conflict and high risk (CAHRAs) such as Congo or other countries that are constantly in conflict and at high risk.
  5. Implement and maintain a Risk Management System as defined in the RMAP guideline which covers all risks.
  6. Intolerant of all forms of human rights violations such as torture, underage employment, and slavery, as well as money laundering, tax evasion or financing of non-state armed groups. If our company identifies a risk or receives evidence that a supplier is violating our Supply Chain Policy, our business will be suspended or terminated immediately.
