Arsed Indonesia was founded in 2014 with the vision and mission of the founders to become the leader of the tin industry in Indonesia. Currently, Arsed is able to demonstrate itself as one of the largest producers of Tin Ingots in Indonesia. Arsed was built to meet the increasing global demand for the best quality tin, with an integrated tin business from exploration, mining, processing to marketing activities.
Production and Product Quality
Arsed smelter was built to produce the best quality Tin Ingots as recommended by the Ministry of Trade. With our experiences and expertise, Arsedproduces high quality Pure Tin Ingots with Sn of 99.9% and Pb below 300 ppm.
Export
With the ability to produce high quality Pure Tin Bars, Arsed products have reached major tin markets worldwide, such as Singapore, China, Taiwan, Korea, Japan, and also to the European Countries. With sustainable supply and quality, Arsed will be able to expand its market to many other countries.
Laboratory
Arsed believes in maintaining customer satisfaction and product quality. To achieve this, Arsed has very strict quality control implemented in our own Laboratory facility. With this, we are able to provide fast analysis and precise results in our Tin Ingots before they are inspected by another independent Surveyor.
Good Environmental Mining Practice
Arsed is committed to preserving the environment in which it operates. Arsed believes that it can optimally contribute to local communities and to the world is sustainability by implementing the highest standards of healthy green environmental practices. This commitment is proven by building cooling towers and dust collectors that can capture 99% of the particles that come out of the exhaust gases. To minimize solid waste, Arsed has equipped its facilities with a fuming oven for slag recycling.
In mining activities, Arsed strictly follows Government regulations on how to apply environmentally sound mining and post-mining methods, it carries out the process of reclamation and replanting in former mining areas with ecomonical plantations, such as palm trees, rubber trees and grass.
